Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) Jobs 2026 have been announced for its Head Office in Lahore. PRMSC, a government-owned not-for-profit company, is currently executing a World Bank-funded project — the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) across 16 selected Tehsils of Punjab. Three positions are now open for qualified Pakistani professionals.

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) was incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The organisation works to improve rural water supply and sanitation infrastructure across Punjab under the World Bank-funded PRSWSSP initiative.

Jobs Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Media Management)

This is essentially a one-person media department head. You’d own everything from social media strategy to drone footage and documentaries. Perfect for someone with TV/digital media experience who wants stability and a leadership title.

Graphic Designer

You’d be the sole creative voice for how the entire project looks, publicly branding, infographics, donor reports, and campaign materials. Great for designers tired of freelancing who want ownership and a strong salary.

Photographer

The most accessible role by education (just Matriculation required). You’d document field work across 16 Tehsils, building a compelling portfolio of development photography with the security of a government contract.
