Jobs Responsibilities

As a Lecturer at LUAWMS, your key duties will include:

     Teaching & Academic Duties

  • Deliver lectures and tutorials effectively to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials
  • Conduct assessments, exams, and grading

     Research & Development

  • Engage in academic research and publish in recognized journals
  • Supervise student research projects and theses
  • Participate in academic conferences and seminars

     Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist in curriculum development and departmental planning
  • Participate in faculty meetings and academic committees
  • Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university policies

     Student Support

  • Guide and mentor students academically and professionally
  • Provide career counseling and academic advising
