Jobs Responsibilities

FAST NUCES Multan Jobs Responsibilities:

    Deputy Manager (IT & Network)

  • Manage IT infrastructure, servers, and databases
  • Ensure network security, performance, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues
  • Oversee IT development and implementation

    Assistant Manager (Admin)

  • Handle administrative operations and office management
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and coordination
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow

    Supervisor (Hostel)

  • Manage hostel administration and resident affairs
  • Ensure discipline and facility management
  • Provide 24/7 availability within hostel premises

    Assistant (Lab)

  • Assist in lab operations and maintenance
  • Manage records, inventory, and correspondence
  • Support academic and technical staff

    Support Staff (Cleaner, Gardener, Attendants)

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • Perform daily operational tasks
  • Assist staff and ensure facility upkeep

    Security Guard

  • Ensure campus safety and monitoring
  • Control access and maintain discipline
  • Preferably ex-servicemen

    Driver

  • Operate university vehicles safely
  • Maintain vehicle condition
  • Ensure availability as required
