  • Implement and monitor the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
  • Ensure accurate billing and revenue management
  • Analyze energy consumption data

   Network & Infrastructure

  • Maintain IT networks, servers, and cloud systems
  • Ensure system uptime and performance optimization
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades

   Cyber Security & Database Management

  • Protect systems against cyber threats
  • Monitor and secure sensitive data
  • Manage large-scale databases efficiently

   Operations & Monitoring

  • Oversee system operations and troubleshooting
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Prepare reports for decision-making
