Jobs Responsibilities

Project Development of Ziarat Town Jobs Responsibilities:

    Site Engineer / Supervisors

  • Supervise construction and site activities
  • Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams
  • Monitor daily progress and prepare reports

    Surveyor

  • Conduct land surveys using GPS and a total station
  • Maintain survey data and field records
  • Assist in alignment and leveling tasks

    Lab Technician

  • Test construction materials (soil, concrete, etc.)
  • Maintain lab reports and ensure quality compliance

    Quantity Surveyor

  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
  • Verify contractor bills and monitor project costs
  • Assist in tendering and contract management

     Accounts Clerk

  • Maintain financial records and transactions
  • Assist in budgeting and reporting
  • Handle invoices and accounts documentation

    CAD Operator

  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings and layouts
  • Update project designs using AutoCAD/3DS Max

     Junior Clerk

  • Manage office records and documentation
  • Draft letters and maintain correspondence
  • Perform general administrative tasks
