25 to 75 Years (Depending on Position)

Required Experience

Preference for candidates with public sector & Board of Revenue experience

Jobs Responsibilities

Punjab Institute of Land Management (PILM) Jobs Responsibilities:

     Director Admin & Finance

  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the institute
  • Manage administrative operations and HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with government financial regulations
  • Lead audit, reporting, and resource allocation processes

     Director Academics

  • Develop academic strategies and training programs
  • Supervise faculty and curriculum development
  • Ensure quality education standards and training delivery
  • Coordinate with government departments for training needs

     Deputy Director Admin & Finance

  • Assist in financial reporting and budget execution
  • Monitor administrative workflows and office operations
  • Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

     Assistant Director Coordination

  • Coordinate between departments and project teams
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders

     Land Revenue Expert

  • Provide expertise in land record systems and policies
  • Conduct inspections and evaluations of land records
  • Assist in the modernization of land management systems

     IT Expert

  • Manage IT infrastructure and digital systems
  • Develop and maintain databases and software solutions
  • Ensure cybersecurity and data protection

     Documentation Officer

  • Maintain official records and documentation
